Thumbs up ff

Tried the sample. Just did have the shop in town do my f350 undercoating, boy it sure looks better under there. I was getting a little worried about the Maine winter coming on with all the stuff on the roads now. I saw a report the state is using ff on their equip. so I figured it can't hurt for sure and the cost was ok to do. I think next year Ill spay myself and cover just a little more than the shop did. Great stuff I think. time will tell.

I saw a hand sprayer can be used... would that work for underbody etc or is the FF a bit viscous for a hand sprayer? Thinking of treating our rigs this SPring and if I dont have to be an air compressor, all the better.

I don't think a hand sprayer would work at all. Maybe it you thinned it with some type of solvent, but the manufacture only recommends using vegetable oil and only sparingly. I use the airless paint sprayer from Harbor Freight, it works alright but you have to take your time otherwise you can loose the prime.

On FF's web page, under PRODUCTS:
"Non pressurized hand-pump package. Refillable/reusable container. Allows for stream spray only."

Just wondering if anyone (a) has used it, and (b) tried an adjustable hand sprayer w 'mist'.

Perhaps I'll be the first lab rat to try it. When it warms up.
