Wellllllll...........after I got the new oil and tranny pan gaskets in last weekend, I then got sick as a dog and spent this last week in bed.........So, I got precisely nothing accomplished until today, as I am only marginally hacky and snoggy. I got the starter, transmission lines, and the mounts for my new fire extinguishers installed. Hopefully, this week (more likely this next weekend), it's going to be the installation of the front and rear drivelines, exhaust, rear gas tank, transmission crossmember, and the left bank header...............it's amazing how much stuff has to come out of Buford in order to change those pan gaskets.....ridiculous. But, if all goes well, I can get him all spiffied up before my trip down to California next month for Kool April Nites in Redding, CA.

i have never had a 9" rear end fight me so hard in my life..... both brake drums were seized on probably took 2 hours just to get them off using a combination of deep creep, pressure from screwdrivers, and propane torch and by the look of it all in red dawgs 95000 mile life the brakes have never been replaced until as of yesterday that is. but the whole point in taking them off was to remove the axles which came out relatively easy but then came the center section which of course takes a while on the bottom 2 due to having to use wrenches along with the super fine threads of the u joints, but we got the center section out and completely disassembled (after going on a hunt for the 1 socket neither of us had 1 1/16th) and after putting it together and taking it apart 4 times with grinding happening between, finally success then reinstalled and added new brake pads and 80w-90 and the new 35" tires my new gear job is complete 5.13 gears behind my big block is an awesome combo and as figured it doesn't have too much wheelspin even though it almost jerks the front tires completely off the ground so i would have to say MISSION SUCCESS and so long fuel mileage lol

Meant stereo bracket, not speaker. Wow must have been in a hurry last night. Other thing I did was installed a reverse wiring harness for an 99 to 2004 Ford. Wired the stereo side adapter to it then it was plug and play. Got them from Amazon for like $7 a piece. Took 10 min to install head unit. Took 20 min to cutout dash bezel. Good luck!
