I hear that! I drive 120 miles a day 365 days a year. Thats why I bought the KIA. I put in iridium spark plugs, a K&N short ram, and removed the resonator to reduce back pressure and I'm regularly getting 38 to 42 mpg. Its rated at 34-36 highway so I'm happy.

Must be nice to have that kind of money. I am working on the same paycheck as the people working the drive through at burger king. (after I pay for gas, tires, and oil changes not to mention resale value going to crap)

In October of 2008 I started working this job. My car was very nice with only 14,000 miles. I will roll over to 80,000 miles in the next few days.

Ive got a question for you since you have 2 np205 trucks one auto and one manual. I know a guy who has a 79 F150 Ranger with a rotten body. He is trading me his HD snow plow and a bunch of other parts for my 60 F100. I want to know if the np205 for the c6 will work on a truck with a 435 manual trans. I am taking the t-case either way but I want to know if I need to sell it or will it work on my truck?

the trucks arent where i can look at em. (they are in colorado, im in north dakota...) but to my knowledge, they will bolt up. pretty sure they didnt change the t/c for the trannies, seeins as they used the NP205 in pretty much all 4x4s back in the day. i will say, beyond reasonable doubt, that they will bolt up and you can keep it.

ok cool cause when I got under there it looked weird. Ive seen np205's before but never from under a truck so I'm just going to assume its the way I'm looking at it. How do you live each day not being around your trucks? I work on my truck all the time. I don't think I could be apart from it for very long. I plan to take it to Alabama and go hit some off road trails sometime this winter or next spring. There is a river down there I want to cross real bad.

93 Explorer, Eddie Bauer, w/ 4.0, 4x4, 120lb zombie guard.

Eddie Bauer? SORRY DUDE! How do you live every day knowing you have to climb into a truck with tan Interior? I was a professional auto detail man for several years and I wont touch anything with tan or white interior. Its WAY to hard to get to look new again and not to mention ugly as can be. Just my opinion. I have a sub box that holds 3 12's and 1 or 2 amps with tan carpet. I wanted to change it to gray but sold the truck so now it just sits in my closet.
