Messed with the crossover settings, adjusted the gains on the amps, and messed with the settings on the stereo to get a better sound. It worked. I still want more than my nearly 10 year old Alpine Type S 10 can do though! And added half a quart of oil. LOL
Drained the coolant last night, so I can remove the rad and all hoses. Have a broken bolt I have to drill out and retap. Fun fun, but got to get her done for the guy who bought it and take advantage of getting dirty with her while i still can.
99% of the time, by the time Halloween arrives, it has snowed at least once down here in the city.
It snowed at my house a few weeks ago, no more than 2" accumulation in the grassy areas. But it didn't snow at the airport, so it never officially happened.
We're right now having one of those sloppy & wet snow storms, and some of the mountain roads are closed at the moment as well as scattered schools & businesses down on the front range cuz of power outages or whatever.
Here is out front of my house at 2:00 MDT today, the storm is winding down by this point, it's about 28°F and there'll be lots of icy roads tonight:
Looks like it's gonna be around 70°F by the weekend, though.
I have no idea where the guy who supplied that picture is from, though, hence my question to him.
Removed the passenger side rocker cover to tuck wires under it for the new speakers and sub. That was when I found the floor board rust that will have to be fixed this summer. Ignorance was bliss...
Got new rims and tires. Pretty good deal. oh and I fixed the turn signal cam and put on the new steering wheel. Next to change out all fluids. trans, case and diffs. needs new u joints too.
