I just ran through a second tank of diesel with 6 oz of luchas upper cylinder lubricant/injector cleaner, and I am impressed. I got 2 MPG better in both tanks. (Driving the same route, and driving style)

Has anyone else used this product?

Just thought I would pass on the positive experience

 

I run Diesel in my fuel tank, weird how it works... No issues in over a million miles on 4 PSD's...

I just said I used a product, got better fuel mileage, and gave my reccomendation.

What does the product cost? Do the savings override the cost of the product...

Snake oil... Works or not, there are hundreds of thousands of PSD's running out there, running... DIESEL in there tanks and nothing else, with no issues.

What issues have I had due to fuel? Matter of fact...

The hybrids in my truck right now have over 370k on them... They have been in three differant trucks and four differant motors... Last time I had them apart to get new nozzles they were near perfect...

Darn that ULSD... Its got to be doing something bad...

 

What he's saying is Lucas does absolutely nothing for our trucks. It's been tested years ago. It's snake oil. Your 2 mpg gain wasn't a real gain. It was a placebo. A 2 mpg difference between fillups is common. Our trucks have a vent tube that promotes foaming during fillups, making it impossible to track mileage accurately unless you have 30 minutes to waste at the pump every time you fill up.

 

Sorry, I realize you have 0 fuel related issues, but when you said you've had 0 issues, it seemed funny to me, mainly because of that list from a few weeks back.

It was funny to me anyways, but I'm kinda simple. It don't matter though, because my momma says I'm EXTRA special!!!

Congrats on the 2 mpg gain. If it works for you, then it's working. I use Diesel Kleen in every tank and I think that works for me.
