I think wood doors would complete the project. Bringing the wood to the doors is a great idea.

I think it would throw the balance you have now out of whack! I'd leave it as is.

Leaf-it as it is... if you need to carry the theme into the cab just add some very small accents. Maybe the headliner??

I think it looks very well done as it is. It's not a wagon, as much as a love the woody's I think in your case it would throw it all off and distract.

A wood dash might look better balanced than wood doors.

You have a GORGEOUS truck and I agree that wood on the doors may be too much. The wood dash is a nice idea, but I'm guessing it is too late to do that. How about wood interior floor?

Hey woody wood doors, your truck looks nice as is but maybe you could persuade one of our photoshopping guru's to do a number for you so you could make the ultimate decision. Maybe help the rest of us to voice a better decision also.

Yeah, the wood floor would be a stretch. Hard to keep clean, hard to attach, hard to insulate. Full dash would be awesome if you weren't beyond that portion of the build, which you appear to be, so small interior trim pieces might be the way to go.

IMHO the wood rear portion of the truck is way beyond the call of duty !!!! It adds just enough balance to the already museum quality piece .The wood running boards carry just enough forward to tie it to the cab .Leave well enogh alone .Besides with the wood door project you are inviting winter into June !!!!

Folks are suggesting some sort of interior aportion to add to the theme. But the dash is probably done. So, maybe a radio/CD and instrument deck above. Here's mine as food for thought:

I agree, hopefully one of the photoshop gurus can step in and doctor up a pic for you to help visualize. I know that I'm having a hard time conjuring up an image in my head.

I do think some wooden accents in the interior would be a great thing

Post a picture of the full side view of the truck and I'll give it a try. I looked through your Photobucket images and didn't see one.

Another idea might be a wood inside door panel where the cover goes on the inside of the door. That would (wood) really stand out when you opened the doors of the truck. You have the skills to pull it off. Now me, if I did it, it probably would resemble a piece of plywood repair.
