Aftermarket sub for factory Nav?

Aftermarket sub for factory Nav?
I have a 08 F-350 cc with factory nav / sirius / 6 cd. It comes with a factory subwoofer behind the rear seat which is pathetic. I was wondering if anyone has tried an aftermarket sub with the factory nav system? Is this possible? I would like to keep the factory nav unit. Thanks for your help
