351 and 460 have different bellhousing bolt patterns, and the bellhousing is not removeable. Sorry.
If your going from a 460 to a 351 for "fuel milage" it is not worth it because of the saying, Power of a 302, fuel milage of a 460. Its true, I have a 1/2 ton 351auto and a 3/4 ton with 460auto and they literally get the same milage.
Stick with the 460 and fix the exhaust manifolds or whatnot. If you bought a truck with a 460 removed then find a 460 to put back in it, or a cummins. You will not be dissapointed.

It's looking like my 91 F150 is getting it's usuall 13mpg right now. It's a mint 351efi with45k miles. Xcab 4wd with cap. The truck is bone stock minus the airhorns.
I'm in hopes a shiftkit will improve the milage some cause it shifts way soon.
Put anything but a fewbags of trash and it gets 10mpg.
