I just bought a running project truck (1960 F100 with a '56 era bed) and am looking forward to working on it. However, I need a repair manual. I'd like to be able to see detailed parts breakdowns and tear down instructions A) so that I'll do it right the first time B) so I can see which pieces are missing.

I usually just JC Whitney or Amazon one, but I'm having a little trouble finding one. Any suggestions?

You should try the regular parts houses like Mac's, Sacramento Vintage, Dennis Carpenter, LMC, NPD, etc.....
