Got inspections on the house tomorrow morning. Hope all goes well.

Not much is up. Building inspection today showed some bad seals and some rotted beams in the basement. Going to cost about $4500. So now I'm waiting for the seller to decide to either fix it or take it off the price of the house.

That doesn't sound so bad...the seller should be more than willing to accomadate you!!!

Hello, been a busy weekend.
Well the seller will fix the sills, beams and chimney. YAY!!! LOL
Septic also passed.
Waiting on water and air quality.
