There was no 40PSi choice for the Optix gauges, unfortunately.

Here is the deal. I won a 35# gauge on Ebay from a diesel shop. After winning the gauge, the seller said that he 'accidentally" sold the gauge out from under me, but has 30psi and 60 psi gauges in stock. So which should I get? Will 30 be enough for a rig that will be all stock? Do I run the risk of damaging the gauge if I go over 30? Are there any benefits to one over the other? Thanks!

I would go with the 30psi gauge since you really shouldn't be going over 26-27 in stock form. Even tuned it shouldn't go over those numbers since the turbo isn't designed to handle more than 30psi reliably. If you are pegging a 30psi gauge, I'd be worried. And no, going over 30psi shouldn't hurt it, especially if its an electronic gauge. If its a mechanical gauge and you go way past 30, then maybe.
