I just bought a new system through Crutchfield and they have a kit to use a new front deck keeping the rear entertainment system. Aster I install I will post the results.

Charlie did the same thing with Crutchfield and found out their plug was wrong. However there are several ways to get the RES (Rear Entertainment System) to work with an aftermarket head unit. I believe I have all the pinouts possible posted in his thread, after giving it a read you should be fine getting everything to work.
