You need to answer my question on the dash indicators.
The dash indicators are hooked into the front turn signal wires. If they only work with the hazard lights, and not with the turn signals, then the turn signal switch is most likely defective.
If the indicators work with both the hazards and the turn signals, you have a wiring issue on the front of the truck.
Left Front Turn and Dash Indicator: Circut #3 Green/White Stripe wire.
Right Front Turn and Dash Indicator: Circut #4 White/Blue Stripe Wire.
You can check those wires with a test light at the bottom of the steering column for power as well.
The Front and rear turn signals are seperate in the turn signal switch, this is due to the brake lights sharing the same wires to the back of the truck. The fact that the hazards work in the front, also points to a defective Turn signal switch. You do not have a fuse issue, otherwise the back turn signals wouldnt work either.

Ah, that makes diagnosis a little harder.
Still you can check for power at the column with a test light on the following wires with the ignition switch in the run position and the turn signal switch turned on to the left or right respectively.
Green/White Stripe: Left Front Turn and Dash Indicator
White/Blue Stripe: Right Front Turn and Dash Indicator
If no power, then it's got to be the TS switch.
