front springs - 91 ttb
ok, i'm wondering what if any other springs will swap in on a '91 4x4? i have a set of front super duty springs(i have not measured yet) but if anybody knew of a direct swap? will the springs from a 87-97 350 straight axle work? worst case i'll just buy some new ones i guess lol
also the 350s use larger factory rear blocks also correct? i know more about the super dutys so excuse my not knowing but i plan on redoing the font end of my '91 this summer and wanted to make sure i had all the info i need.
thanks!

Ok I just watch your video from another forum.
I agree it need new front leaf spring it sag badly and weak. You would be better get good used or new leaf springs with timbren.
My 95 F250 HD have dana 50 but not sure if leaf spring are same. It have 8'6 western plow pretty heavy for F250.
I believe 80-97 F350 leaf spring would fit there no issues. But 98-04 super duty have different arch leaf spring.

F250 Front Leaf Springs, Stock (Pair)
00-2004 F250 F350 diesel
2000-04 Stock Front Leaf Springs

yeah the right side is much worse then the left side. it sits on the bump stop toatly.
me and my grandpa were discussing it a few days ago and decided come spring we're just going to compleatly go through the front end this summer. i'm sure it needs a few things..its very low mile but has been put to hard work alot of its life. springs are just one of the many things on the list lol
thanks for the help Milwaukee!

I know they are beast tough truck. I just found that my 95 F250 have reman engine 15K miles ago but truck have 77K miles on it.
My F250 they put timbren and it already touch axle. I could try find video and show you. Most people don't willing to video me plow snow.
Can you get gvwr info? It on driver's cab white sticker?
Front axle gvwr so we can see what type leaf spring you have then we can find heavy duty leaf spring but ride would be double worse.
Or you could use airbag it like $200-300 for kit.

The ttb trucks use a zero arch spring which usually is a neg arch and the superduty uses a slight positive arch. As long as the width is the same it won't hurt to use either new stock springs for factory height or use the sd springs cut to fit the old ttb trucks (ithink they are longer but not sure). I don't think the sd springs will bolt right in but if you use he stock main leaf and cut the sd main and second one to fit, then you'll be golden.
