Distributors that fit Y block 292

This might be somewhere that I cannot find it, but does someone know if any distributor bodies from later model engines (FE, FT, small block Ford, etc.) might fit the 292 Y block? I know that shaft and gear incompatibilities exist, but these can be changed/modified.
Thank You

The distributors that you buy for a Y block at autozone have the later style O ring body, like what is used on small block fords.

I've never messed with Y blocks much, but knowing Ford, I'd bet money that no other distributor will interchange with the Y block. And I'm not a gambler. FE's are all their own. So are 289/302. 351W is all by itself, as well. The only ones that do swap between engine families are the 335 and 385 series. (351c/m-400/429-460)

Thanks for the info so far. I am trying to put together or find a distributor that will fit a 292 that has a drive for a mechanical tach. Without spending a lot of money. I have several plain distributors for 292s, and often see reasonably priced tach drive distributors for the FT block engines. Before I go and get one and start measuring and scheming, I thought I might ask the "what else fits" question.
