Cracked Radiator questions

Ok, so I have a story, then I have some questions, first I have a 2005 F350 SD with 6.0 and AT. I bought this Truck with a stiction issue, so after some research, I found out what stiction is, and I put rev x and hot shots stiction Eliminator in.

So I was on the interstate running my engine a little hard trying to clear up my stiction issue, I ran it at high RPM's and slowed down and speed up wot.

I did this for maybe 20 mins I would slow to 45 and WOT to 90 mph. When I got home I opened the hood and saw a dry white substance on my motor, I will try and post pictures. Anyway I thought it was from spilling fuel when I added seafoam to the fuel filter resevour.

So I closed the hood a drove it to work for several weeks, I should tell you I installed a livewire ts with thermocouple when I first bought it. So after some videos on YouTube about bullet proofing and learning about the weaknesses of this engine, I have been monitoring my temps pretty close. Because it's all stock. Except for the ficm which has a 100 hp chip. Btw I don't tow.

So my ECT is usually about 180F or 190F and my EOT is usually between 190 and 210. My exhaust usually runs 600 to 800 ish, but if I punch it on an on ramp it will hit 1400 then cool back down pretty fast as I let up.

Now, I noticed a few things after this few weeks, one it's colder outside, and when I park in my garage which is heated, I get in my truck start it and drive out shut my garage door and I live right next to a highway so, I drive about 150' turn on to the highway and about half throttle to 50mph. Well I notice white smoke coming out my tail pipe, is like 3' wide and like 100' long and it usually goes away pretty fast. Like before 200'

So I start an investigation, and I started it cold after work, but stiction, so hard to tell. Smoke was darker and acceleration sucks till it gets to about 50F oil temps.

Ok so next day I check my fluid and cannot see any in the Degas bottle, so next day I borrow a radiator pressure tester from a friend. Still never noticed any temp problem, no engine light, no other problems just the stiction.

I get home from work pop the cap slow and release pressure, attached the pump and inside of 5 mins find a crack under my top hose. Then it hits me, that the radiator blew when I was trying to blow out the fuel injectors. That it has been low for weeks.

So I ordered a new radiator on Amazon it's a 4 core all aluminum, aftermarket radiator. The plan is to put that in a couple weeks from now when I get it, then pressure test again, then bubble test.

So my question for now is, if the oil never got over 220 am I good? The coolant never got over 200 but I realized it could have been a false reading now. Cuz I was low on coolant. Infact I only got 2 1/2 gallons when I drained the radiator. Not sure how much fills just the radiator.

My next question is, how hot can the oil get before it starts melting the plastic inside the oil filter?
I will be checking that too, but I am curious for the future how hot is too hot?
