1995 F-150 Ignition/Alarm Problem

All,

I picked up a pretty clean 95 XLT 4x4 with the 5.8 over the spring. Runs phenomenal when it will crank. Found out it had an alarm installed when I was leaving an antique store one day. When the alarm was on, it killed the ignition. Since then, there have been a few times where the truck would not crank. The ignition will turn and you can hear the fuel pump kick in but the truck will not crank. The theft light is always blinking when this happens. There's no rhyme or reason when it chooses to do it. I try to lock and unlock the door to kill the alarm even though its not vocal.

Anyone have this issue before or can give me an idea where to start? I called the local key maker and he told me that they didn't have chipped keys this earlier, which I assumed. Thanks in advance.

Why not do away with the system and bypass the module.
Just jump the wires at pin #12 & #24.
This assumes you have the factory Ford Anti-Theft system

I assume it is the factory unless someone took the time to tie an aftermarket alarm back into the factory theft light. I am fine with bypassing it if need be. Do you by chance have the wiring diagram that shows the alarm wiring?
