What timing I should set 95 351W at?
I think it stock timing.
It 15,000 miles old on 351W it was remanufactured Ford engine.
95 F250 XL 4x4 with 4.10 gear. E40D. It have 77,400 miles.
I am get 9.56 mpg that is fake due idle high and transmission won't shift 3 or 4 plus late shift. Now I think I get 12-13 mpg by judge fuel gauge.
I don't tow very much but I do plow lot. Would 12-14 timing be ok?

You can't use the fuel gauge to calculate milage so any number you get with that is no better than a wild guess. Shifting problems with an E4OD truck is often VSS or TPS related, if you pulled the codes you would know what the problem is. The motor may tolerate 12-14deg advance but fix your sensor problem first and don't forget to pull the spout plug when setting the timing.
