M5OD to C6 swap..

all i need to know is Are the crossmembers different ?

I am not sure if they are different, probably. Good call on that swap though, with the specs on the motor you are running, you are lucky the M5OD did not blow up the first time you hit the gas. Words cannot express how much I hate those Mazda trannys.

cross members are the same it has it stamped into the bottom of them C6 / M5OD / AOD or some other order like that but those 3 use the same cross member....

coz thats what mine says on the bottom

the funny thing is i even went drag racing with this tranny with a zoom kevlar clutch.. surprised it didnt blow up haha but the synchros are out soo shifting at 5700 rpm is impossible!

Yeah the M50D won't shift like a T-5 will it !!!! If you have driven a mustang 5.0 you know what im talking about ....Lew
