I have R and R(ed) two and there are no real issues in doing it
did them both in the summer so that may have helped keep the tabs from breaking but they don't have to move that much
helps to have a bumper stand and 3/8 impact wrench to make things go faster
also be sure to pry all the push clips out, there are a few under brackets
also are you removing it to paint?
some shops may want it left on
and if you want to get picky you can make a bar to straighten the part under the grill that usually has a few waves in it.
