1345 tcase issue ?
ok so i replaced the tranny I had it rebuilt cause the bearings and synchros were shot , i know the clutch and trans are working properly because it will go into gear fine and will drive down the road just like it should but the other day i was out plowin and i did a donut lol and it grinded and popped out of gear but if you push the clutch it will go back to normal .. ok so right at first it would go 4 miles or so and it got progressively worse it went to one mile then 100 yards now its 15 feet !! .. it makes a chunk noise and you can feel something lock up for a second then it pops out of gear .. did i shear a transfer case gear? heres what i have replaced rebuilt t19 which works good, slave cylinder, and flushed and filled trans and transfer case with correct fluids .. i found a cheap 1345 im going to bolt up today but if thats not it wtf is it ?!?! forgot to mention the lockup feeling is for a split second and bout 3 seconds later is when the trans will pop like half way out of gear but its not a violent popout its very weird btw this is in 2wd
