I have a 98 reg cab 4x4 shortbox stepside with a 5.4L that currently has a Magnaflow catback with dual rear exits. It sounds alright but its kind of tame and gutless (compared to my diesel anyway lol). I want a set of longtube headers and I've heard good about the JLP exhaust.

Will these work with 4x4? and would it look funny where the exhaust exits because i dont have the lightning body kit? i havent been able to find much info about this fitting on regular f-150's.

And does anyone have a link to some good pictures of this exhaust, the website is kind of limited.

 

Are you referring to the Competition R Exhaust System that costs $2,199.99? That exhaust system is made by Bassani for JLP. I think that it will look fine on your truck but I don;t know if it will fit your 4X4 application. Have you contacted JLP regarding fitment? Also, you may want to look at what Bassani offers considering they are the actual manufacturer.
