Got a kick outta this.....

Was watching TV the other day and saw a commerical for a Toyota Tundra. and lol'd a bit.

They were showing guys who "made the switch".

One man went from a F-350(1ton) to a Tundra(1/2 ton) and showed him towing an equiptment trailer with a back hoe one it. He said it was the best descision he's ever made.

Can you say YEA RIGHT???

Find me a tundra that can pull a back hoe better than an f-350.

Plus how do you have pride in that? Going from a real truck to a japanese toy?

Has anyone else seen this commercial? I couldnt stop laughing at it, good little joke.

Ive never seen the commercial but there is no way a new toyota anything could pull better then a new f350, especially a 16,000 lb backhoe!

For what its worth the tundra is built in america though, might make it an " american toy" haha

Yeah sure... a little 1/2-tonner can haul more than a REAL truck, when that happens, pigs will talk.
My '76 F-350 should tow that to the scrap yard, when paint comes off, you see Budwieser...

This is a no-brainer.................Everyone knows toyota went completely over the top on hyping their tundra in the commercials........A load of BS and propaganda meant to grab a market share away from other mfgs. with a generally un-remarkable product.

It's tough being the king and everyone wants to knock you off the mountain even if it results in telling lies to make sales.

I'd be more interested in one that can float - that way I can go do some fishing from the comfort of my rig
