The VIN decodes as:
Model Year: 79
Series: F250 - 4x4 Pickup
Engine: 8 Cyl, 400ci, (6.6L) 2bbl
Assembly Plant: San Jose
133 is the wheel base length
The rest I am unsure how to decode maybe someone else can help.
