Weird Brake Issue

I have an 04 FX4 with 96k that I bought new. I put on car quest blue pads all around a few years ago and love them - no dust. A few months ago my right front caliper frooze up. I didn't realize it until I got home from work after driving on the interstate so she was pretty smoked. I replaced it and the brakes work fine but ever since then the right front has had massive amounts of dust. The other 3 wheels are dust free. Any ideas what would cause this. Could the extreme heat have damaged the pad to where it still works fine but emits dust? All suggestions appreciated.

Did you put the original set of pads back on after replacing the caliper or is it a new set of pads. The used set should not have been put back on after the overheating issue.
