TIRE QUESTION fx4 305/65/18 rubbing

Hey People I need some help
I have an 2004 fx4 f150 step side
2,5 inch levelling kit in the front
305/65/18 bfg all terrains on american eagle rims offset -11
these tires do not fit at all ,they rub on the back of the fender well the whole turn,I have it in the body shop right now so he could cut the fenders back but the frame is right behind the plastic fender well so this job is out of the question(its possible but way to expensive)
So im hoping a 3"body lift will solve this problem of no rubbing can anyone verify this or does anyone have this type of setup,I see lots of big tires but all on stock rims or big lifts.I WANNA CLARIFY BEFORE I BUY A LIFT AND HAVE IT INSTALLED AND THAT DONT WORK EITHER LOL
also what is the best lift and where to buy it.the last lift i got was from louisville 4x4 HAPPY NEW YEARS TO ALL
TIA
ROKK OUT

I have the same tires but on the factory FX4 rims with a 2.5" hellbent steel leveling kit. The only time I rub is turning in a parking lot on a hill with all the weight on that tire. I just dont turn the tire all the way and it's fine. I dont know alot about rim offset but I'm guessing you need a wheel where the tire is further away from the frame.

a pro-comp lift kit might work for you

most of the lift kits make the front track width about 1" wider than stock.

the real issue though are your rims. you have too much/little offset. the tires need to be re-positioned.

a body lift will help a little bit, but the only true way to fix the issue is different rims

Agree with Tulus. Tires are too close to frame with these rims. Tire Rack's web site has an excellent section on rims and wheels. Backspacing and offset are both explained with clarity. It should be a must read for anyone contemplating larger tires imo.
