STarts when oil cold, wont when warm?

Lately my 2005 f250 won't start after my truck is up to temperature but when my truck is cold it starts instantly. Usually if I give it 30 min after its warm to cool down and it will start and run perfect. My buddy works at dealership and I had the updated reflash done to it and he plugged it in said the thickem (don't know how to spell it) is puting out adequeate volts and injectors are fine and my truck runs good after it starts so not the High pressure oil pump but I have a leak somewhere he thinks in high pressure system. He told me to try replacing blocks under valve cover because O ring wears out and cause loss in start up pressure but both of them were fine but I replaced them anyways but still didn't fix the problem. Oh yeah and my warranty ran up 2 weeks ago and the extended warranty I just bought thursday wont cover anything because it was a preexisting problem (go figure, terrible timing). Any tricks or comments to help me out?

Thank you,
James

the term is FICM. you have a high pressure oil leak. did you look also look at the stand pipes? could be stand pipes block off o-rings, failed injector, stc fitting, o-ring under high pressure pump.
all equaly suspect for leaks.

ya. here it is. remove bolts/nuts from y pipe both on passanger side and inside one on drivers side. remove turbo charger, remove pedistel, remove bolts on pump cover to heat sheild (either 2 8mm or 2 10mm heads) remove egr cooler to uppipe clamp, push pipe back up aginst cab, remove clamp offof pipe. remove pump cover. this will take you about a day to do maybe longer.
it may be easer to remove the intake manifold for you.
