how to find gear ratio on dana 44 front
#16
Would you be able to look up my gears?
After 10 years working in a 4x4 specialty shop and saving a set of Spicer books from that era I still look them up the old fashioned way-you may want to try www.spicerparts.com and navigate your way through their site...or If you post your BOM#'s I will be glad to look them up!

Just count the teeth on the ring and pinion. You can probably just count the ring, and spin it a couple times and figure it out.
Combo's listed here:
Richmond Gear Dana Ring & Pinion Sets | Richmond Gear
If the Bronco had 3.50 gears in the Ford 9er out back, the closest Dana ratio is 3.54, so that's what you are looking for, at least initially.
