Overheating 01 F150 V6 4.2L
On the truck the w/p and t/stat went bad-replaced both out of town. Ever since the truck appears to overheat. The gauge goes to full hot, temp light and oil light come on at same time. Pulled over and truck didn't appear to be running hot. Started truck back and gauge went to normal-drove back to shop and same thing happened again. Since has new radiator-t/stat-w/pump-fan clutch-CHT sensor and still same problem. Truck idles fine and only overheats when you drive it. But coolant and engine temperature is not at boiling point. Also did headgasket test and all good. PLEASE HELP PULLING HAIR OUT

Heater core is bypassed and have changed thermostat again to the ford suggested 192 degree. No air is in the system and have bleed at the heater hoses several times, also installed manual gauge behind thermostat. The temperature never goes above 220 on the manual gauge(also check with handheld) truck is not over heating, but truck gauge and lights (coolant and SEL still come on and peg to overheat. I am thinking there must be a computer problem. Thanks for the suggestion, I appreciate it everything helps.
