Welcome aboard to the New Jersey Chapter and to FTE from a regular visitor

 

Just new to the site...would like some help at times...not a mechanic...and just need to know what to watch out for with a Diesel...and would also like to say...not happy with the service I got at a Ford dealer up north...ok..have a great new year...

 

You can get all the information you need from the specific model diesel that you have, 6.0 correct?

 

Jackel; welcome to FTE! You have the 04 6.oh no! Go take a look at the 6.0 forum, youll find lots in there. Theres lots of tips and tricks to make her run like a champ. Hey if your ever up in Vermont and need anything give me a hollar!

 

Welcome Jack. You will find lots of good info in the 6.0 forum. I have the old 7.3 and love her. I learn a lot in the 7.3 forum in just a few weeks.

 

Welcome Jack....I aslo joined the NJ Chaper a few weeks ago. I am 2005 F350 CC PSD 6.0 owner whom visits the 6.0 board daily. Those guys are very helpful. One suggestion is to open the tech folder and read read read. I have learned many things about my truck that I had no clue about. I myself never had a PSD, but the price was right and I wanted a truck....boy I got one. She is a BEAST to say the least.
