351 f150 2WD fuel economy on LPG?

Sorry if there is already a million threads on this...

I have rougly calculated that i am getting 24L/100kms (aprox 10MPG) with my '91 351w F150 2WD
on LPG. I do drive it extremely hard almost constantly though :S

What kind of figures are other people getting?

With the petrol (gas) prices the way they are atm LPG is the only fuel they should be running on!
If properly set up for LPG, they also perform well!

With my 90 f250 running on dedicated LPG with impco 425 carb, im getting 300 klms to 80 ltrs around town with a lot of stop start driving, but get 350 klms on the open road!
Motor has a stage 2 cam, headwork and 10.5 - 1 comp.
Runnung 3.7 diff gears with a C6

hey man, it is a very rough calculation, i need to do it more accurately, but i doubt i could drive it much harder... :P
So is your lpg system injected of has an air intake mixer?

and what does all this mean? haha

My lpg system is a b2 converter and 425 impco carb!
Cant afford to get injected gas setup!
Would get way better milage though!
What it all means is that it is a little more info to give a better idea why it sucks as much fuel as it does!

Its the same as your one, 351w.
HP, couldnt tell you but it goes better than it did when standard!
Here is a pic of the setup.
Not the neatest, but a lot less cluttered than the standard injection setup with the gass installed!

This is what it looked like before i changed it to gas (LPG) only.

POst #7 gives you the answer!
The 425 impco carb works well with the rpm airgap manifold!
