1999 Ranger Headlight Adjuster

Someone got a little too close to my 1999 Ranger and tapped the driver side headlight. The only thing they broke was an adjuster.Cheap plastic pieces.Where do I go to buy a new adjuster? I'll go to the local Ford dealer as a last resort.Anybody make after-market pieces? Thanks for any info.
