Wires wires wires........HELP!

I have a 73 F100, and I was wondering what wires go to what (the wires coming from the steering coulmn). I need to know which ones are the left and right turn signals and which ones are the horn wires. Thanks John

John it's not that hard to figger out. You have a hot wire inbound and a pair each of left, and right signals, and a horn wire. Has the column been changed out? If you need I can bring home a note that I have of which wires are which from a 76.

The wiring in your steering column should be as follows. Note that they are all switching 12 volt power except the horn line which is just grounded out when you hit the horn button.

Wht/red - power from flasher relay (12v)
Yel/blk - left rear turn signal (12v with switch to left)
Grn - right rear turn signal (12v with switch to right)
Blue - turn signal power (12v in to t/s switch)
Red/blk - power from brake light switch (12v to rear lts with pedal in)
Blu/red - gear position indicator light (a/t only) (12v from instr panel power with headlts on)
Blu/yel - horn (ground with horn button pressed)
Wht/blu - right front turn signal (12v with switch to right)
Grn/wht - left front turn signal (12v with switch to left)
