Best Off-Road Installer - Charlotte, NC Area

Hey Guys,

I'm planning to install a lift kit on my 2005 F350 in the Spring. I'll also be installing the Bushwacker "Cut-Out" fender flares, re-gearing the axles, etc. I want the components to be professionally installed...

Who is the best off-road installer in the Charlotte, NC area?

Thanks!

you can try tarheel 4 wheel drive in charlotte but they're high as hell or you could go down to galloways in new london or ritchfield. I personally recommend Galloways 4wd center.

Tar Heel is out of the question... I went there two years ago to inquire about a 4" lift kit for my 1997 F250 4X4. The owner stated that he had installed a similar lift kit on another customer's OBS F250 and the customer had to bring it back several times to get things right. The owner stated that he would "sell" me a lift kit but refused to "install" a lift kit on an OBS F250 ever again.

I'll look into Galloways... Thanks Ashley!

Hey, if you are comfortable with installing the lift kit and gears, then I am definitely interested. I wanted to participate in the installs to learn more about my truck. I must warn you, I am **** about the details. However, I will make it worth your time and effort.

Sounds like a plan! On a smaller project, I've been wanting to install long-tube headers on my truck. I found a set on eBay but they are specifically designed for the F150. I'm hoping that they will fit my F350. Would you be interested in helping me get these installed?

I would also recomend galloways. Awesome place as well, you should walk into there tire warehouse, it's insane. Also the rest of the buildings are full of wheels. Insane collection, if you want it they have or can get it quick.

Yupp they usually have it. Any size, any tire (mud/off road) they have in stock!!! Everytime I go in the tire warehouse I get all weak in the knee's swampers, BFG, toyo, pro-comp, nitto etc. all in stock. Not too mention they usually have a great seletion of used tires for somewhat reasonable prices. Also, I have done alot of business with them, when you ask for a price on tires/wheels, the first thin he will ask you is if your paying "cash or card?" He will do you much better if paying cash.

I ment to go up there last week, maybe this next week I will. I need to call up there and see if they bend I beams, or if they know anything about lifting a 2wd with I beams.
