Wiring Problem

92 F250 7.3IDI 2WD

My horn works when ignition is off nothing when running. Any ideas?

well have you traced your horn wiring to find out if there is a short or checked the wiring inside the steering column to see if there is a shorting wire in there It is most likely a short somewhere in the wiring in the column
