Lurching, can't drive on the freeway

My 94 F150 is lurching dangerously on the highway.

The ride is a little bouncy at slow speeds, and the truck is unsafe to drive above 30 MPH. 2WD or 4WD doesn't matter. It feels like there is a bubble on the tire, but there isn't.

Jacked it up, front and then back. Wheels seem to turn normally. Should I look at wheel bearings, steering, transmission?

TIA

You could try checking out the U-joints on the driveshaft and the driveshaft itself for an imbalance.

Are you sure you don't have a bad tire, like a belt shifted or broken?

I spun each tire looking carefully for something wrong, but all four looked good as far as I can see. Might it be something not so obvious?

check your driveshaft(s) very carefully, maybe you lost a bolt?? kinda sounds like a tire too, but you said the tires seem okay then i'd check the whole front end if you don't have any luck in the drive line area, good luck

Thanks guys. I examined the driveshaft, nothing loose that I can tell. The lurching has gotten much worse and it's -5F in MN today. Might have to take it to a shop.
