I went to the ford vehicles web site, and it appeared to me that the H-D truck did not come in a 4 X 4. Is that true, or didn't I push the right buttons ??


Are the H-D trucks all super-charged ??

Would you buy another one ??

The 2002 & 03 H-D F-150s are supercharged from the factory.
I came close to getting one but couldn't get past the high price and the 4 seater thing...lol So I just got a regular Screw and built it up.
The newer ones can have superchargers added as an option. And some come with 4X4 but you may have to get the F-250. Not sure.

You can add a Harley or Lightning intake assembly with a supercharger to (your) 01 and your 02 if it's a 5.4!

 

The 2006, 07 and 08 F150 HD's had the AWD option. I had the 06 AWD. You could only order the Saleen SC on the 4X2 models. They didnt make any HD models in 09. The 06-08 AWD had a selector switch, so you could only choose between AWD and 4HI. I could NOT turn off the AWD in my 06 and averaged around 11 MPG. I just traded in my 06 AWD for the 2010 HD in the 4X2 config. The 2010 is great. I dont expect any snow anytime soon here on Maui, so I didnt order the AWD. But when I checked, the new 2010 has a different slector switch. It alows you to have 4x2 or AWD operation. The 2010 did not come with a Super Charged option.
