Don't set the parking brake. Otherwise there is nothing to really worry about.

I'm really surprised that no one has mentioned NOT parking it on grass (other then for rodents). Plants release water via evapotranspiration, this will promote rust.

I store my truck outside every winter and have never had the breaks seize. I only filled & stabilized my fuel, and put a trickle charger on it for 1 day, once a month.

BTW, a friend of mine that works at a honda shop says that battery tenders are a bad idea, he says that even though they are designed to prevent overcharging, they will engage too soon & to often and eventually ruin a battery.
