What tire size 33s?, and a 77 is 2 inches higher in stock than a 79, so a 79 needs a 6 inch lift for that stand , is that right !?

Where did u get the clear taillights from? I've only seen them one other time and can't find them anywhere. I've only found the clear turn signal lenses.

1979 F250

Here's my 1979 F250. Purchased early in this year. 460 big block 4x4. Slowly working to make it the way I want. She will get a fine coat of Ford Blue when all said and done.

Was this question directed to me? If so, I got them from eBay, but I haven't seen any more auctions for them. As a matter of fact, I ended up getting my front turn signal lenses from LMC Truck. If I can track down the seller, I will post back with his eBay user name.

I found the user name for the guy that has the clear tails. Just go to eBay and do an advanced search for the user name "memoimports." He currently has an auction for them and he has four sets left. He also has the side markers. I overall was happy with my purchases, but the side markers did require some trimming to get the bulb sockets to fit which was no big deal to me. The tail lights were a perfect fit.

I'm running Mickey Thompson Baja Claw 35x12.50's on 17 inch rims. My 77 is not a highboy, manufactured in 5/77, married transfer, 133 wheelbase and no gas tank behind the seat...so i believe the 4 inch lift should put a 78 or 79 model year at the same stance.

Blacked out light trim and grill

Some day I'll get a nice body from down south to set on top of this frame.

Did you paint you headlight trim and grill or did you buy them like that? Im thinking about painting over mine. I like the way it looks. Sweet truck!!

Nice trucks you guys have. Sooner or later my supercab will be converted to a 4x4 once I finish gathering parts.

Red77Ford: Very, VERY nice truck. Dont get to see a clean, original 4x4 much.
