Well I screwed up big time! Got two plugs out broke six. The first one I tried to get out with the lisle tool I tightened the extractor too much and broke the tip of the plug off. "The little metal thing on the bottom of the plug" Any way to get it out or am I just out of luck and alot of money!!!

Gotcha. OK, try rigging up a vacuum probe. I used duct tape and some flexible tubing (like vacuum line tubing you get a Autozone) to attach the tubing to my shop-vac. I swept around the cylinder to make sure i got all the porcelain.
If the bottom of the shield is loose in the cylinder you should also be able to use a probe covered in grease retrieve it, then sweep the cylinder with the vacuum. You can also try one of those flexible "grabber" from your local auto parts store.

I did the same thing on with a different plug. I think they are breaking when I am pushing the porcelin before I put the extractor in. The instructions say not to worry this would'nt happen. My biggest problem now is if I cant get that piece of plug out and run the engine I will really damage it.
