73-75 look best of the 73-77 years. I think I have echoed myself saying that already in this thread.

Aw.. c'mon. You know the 73 grill is way better than a 74. Look at how the horizontal bars accentuate the round headlights.. a 73 grill appears uncluttered unlike the subsequent years of the same style.

When I see a 78-79, I see the definition of a truck. Me personally, I never did like the 60s style type trucks, and that is what the 73-77 remind me of. Turn signals on the hood instead of below/beside the headlights. Big pillow looking hoods. That is just my personal preference tho.

I do love the 50s trucks tho. Those are always nice. And of course 60s era muscle cars. That is the definition of bad ***

73-75 looks meanest to me hands down. There's just something nasty about it. My only beef with them is that nobody makes real chrome inserts for them. So I'm going to try to find a place that will do mine. Chrome just pops more than that painted silver.
78-79 is my second pick if it has the tube insert like the classic Bigfoot had
76-77 is just kinda "meh" to me, they look ok but usually when I see one I want to see it with earlier grille inserts.

I recently changed mine from the 78-79 grill to the 76-77 style. I always like the split style better but to each his own

I'd like to try the 73-75 inserts though. They looks cool as well
