spark plugs

OK so i understand that there are thousands of posts out there i tried to search through some of them but it getting me frustrated.... All i would like to know is what plugs i need to buy along with what plug removal tool works the best also best way to do them please....06 fx4 5.4 screw if that matters. Also truck is stock and will stay stock

1. Either the standard motorcraft plugs or the champion 7989
2. Get the Lisle tool, it comes with a porcelain pusher...which you will need if you break any.
3. Follow the TSB. Use the motorcraft carb cleaner to pre-soak overnight.

That being said, I did everything by the TSB and both plugs I tried broke. However, the Lisle tool works wonders.
