Ford 7.5 inch
10 bolt rear cover with 7.5" ring gear.
Has c/clip axles with 28 splines.
Used in Models:
Bronco II: 1984 - 1990 (Rear)
Ranger: 1983 - 2005 (Rear)
Ford 8 inch
Drop out style rear end with 8" ring gear.
Has removable pinion support on the front.
Uses 28 spline axles.
Used in Models:
Ranchero: 1964 - 1978 (Rear)
Ford 8.8 inch
10 bolt rear cover with 8.8" ring gear.
Rear applications have c/clip axles in both 28 and 31 spline.
Front applications are in late model IFS Ford's and will have 28 spline axles using CV joints.

In here it specifies a lot of good information however I have a 2001 Ford F-350 with a Sterling 10.5 rear and I think a Dana 50. Can someone help me out with this

You should have a label on your door with VIN, axle codes and other codes. Post the axle codes or a picture of the whole thing.
What exactly do you need help with? Just figuring out what you have? A repair?

Maybe I missed it, or it wasn't specified, but what about the front axle on a '65 f-100? I did see that model, but not the front/rear additional info. Thinking about putting an '89 F-150 front axle (Dana Spicer D44?) into the '65.
I should say, the 65 is not 4x4, so the thought is to take the transfer case and front axle off the 89 and put on the 65.
Will it work?
