Seems to me your wiring harness is in trouble in engine compartment . Possible rodent damage or burn't wires. You have more than one system out of whack.

I would inspect wiring harness on top of engine

Rodents squirrels love to chew on wires and nest under intake their babies will chew on everything . Its important to find area of problem than just throw parts at it, ask me how I know that over the years . Guilty
