Could be a number of, or combination of things.
Do you have a CEL lit????
If so, run this puppy by your favorite autoparts store for a no cost computer trouble code scan & post All of the code Numbers here, as they could offer up some good trouble shooting clues.
If you don't have a CEL lit, check the fuel pressure, air filter & air intake all the way back to the inner fender liner for obstructions.
If you've modified the air intake & are using an oiled foam, or cotton gauze air filter, consider cleaning the MAF sensor as it's likely dirty.
If all that checks out, then test the TPS & see how it measures up.
If that proves naught, then come by & hook up a scantool that'll display PID's & post the short & long term fuel trim values & the MAF & O2 sensos PID output to the computer.
A bunch of thoughts for pondering.
