Interesting article on a treatment which increases the heat resistance of aluminum pistons.

Designfax — Wheels: Diesel piston durability substantially improved

"The first application of the DuraBowl process is on a high-performance diesel engine recently launched for a leading global vehicle manufacturer."

I wonder who that would be?
