Hunting Leases In TX

Hey all I am looking for a low cost lease to hunt. I live in the DFW area and would like it within 4 hour drive of that if posable. I am looking for someplace I can take my daughter that we will have a good chace to kill and not get killed. I would also like to pull my 5er on to the land to stay in during deer season. If any of you folks know of anything please let me know.

Odie,
Yah wanna hunt in the woods or on the plains? Either way, pick out a few counties on a map within your driving range, note their county seats, and go online to Yahoo.com. Go to Texas, then towns/cities, pick a few of these county seats and look for the media (newspapers) there. If they have a site, go there and check the archives for leases and prices.
There's some good whitetail hunting (woods, tree stands) around Sulphur Springs/Mt. Pleasant, etc.
There's good hog/whitetail hunting westward from Jacksboro to Matador.
Then there's a few public sites (permit required), check the TPWD website.
Good luck.
