eBay headers revisited.....

So - I know the topic of eBay headers has been discussed here before. I'm wondering if anyone has any feedback after having them installed for awhile? Or - if anyone has ever dyno'd a truck which had them installed? I found these and the price is fantastic with free shipping. Seems like these + the modified ypipe would open things up a bit as well as get rid of the factory manifolds.

I know long tube headers typically produce more gains - I'm really looking for an excuse to get rid of the factory manifolds and get the exhaust studs and gaskets replaced before they start giving me problems. All are intact now but at this price it seems like a no-brainer to get them.....

I went with Thorley headers. They are a long tube header and they bolted right up to my stock exhaust. Not sure how much they added because I added a SCT tuner at the same time. The combo made a noticeable difference when I'm out in the dunes.

I`m curious about this too. I`de like to do the same exhaust mods along with a Flowmaster 70 series. they look good, but we know how that goes with e-bay pics.

Yep - I've used ebay stainless headers on a couple of Miatas with good results. The only thing questionable about them was the gaskets they came with and that was an easy fix at Napa. The quality was good though - just wondering if these would end up being the same.

Headers and ypipe are a good mod on V10's. I would recommend them over the stock logs...
Got a V10 Ford F250/350/450/550?
