99 F350 no crank problem

I am having no crank problem with my 99 7.3. It has been coming on for a couple of weeks where the relay on the passenger fender will just click when trying to start. I usually let off of the key and try again and it will start but not tonight, it just clicks. I checked for voltage when trying to start and have power at the relay, I then checked at the solenoid with a test light with someone turning the key and it lit up, so I assumed that the solenoid was bad. I just replaced it and still have the same issue. I tried to jump the large terminals on the right fender but it still won't start. This is just my luck, I was leaving at 5:00 am to travel 850 miles to pick up my new project of a 1956 F100. I am desperate for help, cause I really want to leave and pick up my new toy. Thanks in advance.

How old are your batteries? (I'm assuming dual batts) May want to have them tested .......if one is even weak it can cause problems. Also the connection s have to be super clean...but then you know all this. Let us know what you find.....t/m
