I'm not an expert but those seats look like a mix job. I have the same center seat/ console in my 2001 F-250 and the other two seats are that same as my dad's old 99 F-250.
Irregardless it looks great and more importantly comfortable.
I just re-read your post and my seat is a 64/40 split. Not a 40/20/40 so the center seat and console are attached to the passenger seat.
How big of a project was it to get them mounted in there? I really like the way your interior looks.
Thanks.
It wasn't too bad. I had to take some angle iron and fab up mounts to attach the seat to and then welded them to the floor. I only had to do this for the outside mounts.
For the inside mounts I was able to just drill holes through the floor. I welded some thick washers to the floor for reinforcement.
Remember, measure twice, cut once. Make sure you measure the bracket height correctly so your seats don't lean to one side or the other.
The seats have complete forward and backward movement so I can adjust the seats for different passengers and they are comfortable as hell!
I will try and get out and take a couple pictures of the mounts.
Local classifieds. They were on a desert racing website I frequent that has a great classifieds section. Guys on there tear their trucks apart all the time to turn them into of road toys so stock seats are usually quick to come out & cheap.
